摘    要:油田开采进入中后期,油层改造措施频繁,经常遇到钻塞施工。由于井下管柱设计、工具优选、循环过滤系统等方面不合理,导致钻塞速度慢,作业周期延长。通过对钻头的优选、设计合理的管柱组合、管柱防堵技术、循环系统的研究,有效地提高了钻塞速度。

Abstract:The oil layer reformation measure is frequent when the development of a field enters the mid-and-late part stage, meets drilling plug construction frequently. Drilling plug rate is slow and working cycle extension because downhole string design, the tool optimal, circulation filtration system and so on are unreasonable. For one year, the scientific and technical personnel through optimizing the drill bit, designing the rational pipe string composite design, the column preventing plugging technical, circulatory system research, solved effectively the topic that drilling plug speed was slow.
