层析聚酰胺树脂对茶叶中茶多酚的吸附分离

摘    要:采用紫外-可见分光光度计,研究了巴陵石化研制的两种层析PA从茶叶溶液中对茶多酚的静态吸附、动态吸附和吸附洗脱等层析分离特性,并与市售普通层析PA进行比较。结果表明,层析PA对茶多酚的静态饱和吸附量随茶多酚浓度的增大而增大,动态吸附初始吸附速率明显高。树脂孔隙率越大,静态和动态吸附速率就越高,饱和吸附时间越短,饱和吸附量也越大。动态吸附的乙醇洗脱液质量分数以40%为宜。巴陵石化生产的两种层析PA的颗粒均匀,形态规整,孔隙率大,层析分离效果明显优于市售普通层析PA。

Abstract:The behavior of static adsorption,dynamic adsorption and absorb-elute of tea polyphenol from tea with two column chromatography polyamide supplied by Baling Petrochemical Company of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation(SINOPEC) were studied and characterized by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer(UV VIS) and ferrous tartrate colorimetric method.The comparisons of basic properties were investigated among PA-1,PA-2 and other two grades of polyamide 6.The results indicate that the saturated static adsorpti...
