摘    要:通过摩擦试验,研究了稀土添加剂对油溶性羧酸铜与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)极压性能的影响,结果表明:油溶性羧酸铜对T202的极压性能有显著影响,T202与较高剂量铜剂复合皇最大无卡咬负荷明显降低;稀土添加剂与铜剂、T202以适当比例复合,有利于板压性能提高。

Abstract:Based on the friction tests, effects of the oil - soluble rare earth additive on extreme pressure property of the oil carboxylic - acid copper additive and zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (T202) have been analysed. The results show that the copper additive exerts a marked influence on extreme pressure property of T202, the initial seizure loads of T202 have been decreased as a result of its combination with the higher ratio of the copper additive , the initial seizure loads can be probably enhanced after the rare earth combined with the copper additive and T202.
