逆变弧焊电源的频率对焊缝晶粒细化的影响

摘    要:采用ZX5、ZX7、GP型号的焊机,施焊同种母材,并保证其它条件一样的情况之下,比较其焊缝熔合处的金相组织,得出如下的结果:逆变弧焊电源频率的大小对细化焊缝晶粒和改善焊缝偏析有明显的影响,电源的频率愈高,焊缝的晶粒细化越好、偏析越小。这一作用与用其它方法相比简单易行,是一种值得推广的方法。

Abstract:The same base metal Using ZX5, Zn7,GP welder and the weld microstructure of transition zone was compared in the same condition. The results as below: Arc-weld inversion power's frequency has a effecton on the improvement of the weld grain's thinning and segregation; the greater the power's frequency, the more successful the weld grain's thinning and segregation. Comparing with the other method, this approach is convenient and worth generalizing.
