风力发电机定、转子铁心液压定心压装模设计

摘    要:主要介绍东风电机公司1.5 MW风力发电机定、转子铁心液压定心压装模的设计。采用液压方式定心从根本上改变了传统定、转子铁心压装的方法和理念。并利用法国达索公司的CATIA V5进行三维建模,检查空间位置情况。定、转子铁芯液压压装模的成功研制对新型液压压装模具设计与制造技术进行了成功的探索。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the design of pressing assembling mould for stator and rotor iron core of 1.5 MW wind power generator.Hydraulic method is adopted for centering,which fundamentally changes the traditional method and concept on stator and rotor core press-fit.French Dassault's CATIA V5 is also used for the three-dimensional modeling and to check the spatial location situation.The reseach development of the hydraulic pressing assembling mould is a successful explroation in design and manufacturing technology for new type hydraulic pressing assembling mould.
