| 摘 要： | 详细综述了Co-Cr合金L605管材的力学性能和功能特性,介绍了新一代支架材料Co-Cr合金的发展历程.通过对比316L和其他牌号Co-Cr合金物理、机械和功能特性,突显了L605的优越性.评价了加工过程参数对性能的敏感性,论述了优化支架行为表现所需要性能的途径,介绍了L605合金支架的显微组织特征.

| Abstract: | The mechanical and functional properties of Co - Cr alloy L605 tubing are discussed and summarized in detail. The development of Co - Cr alloys as stent material is introduced. Outstanding characteristics of L605 are presented by comparing its physical, mechanical and functional properties with those of 316L and other Co - Cr alloys. The sensitivity of properties to process parameters is evaluated ; the ways of optimizing L605 properties for stent are discussed; the microstructures are briefed. The paper is helpful to stent and tubing selection. design |
