耐液态锌腐蚀材料的反应液相烧结

摘    要:对生成组织以铁硼金属间化合物为主的材料的粘结剂选择及其烧结进行了研究.结果表明,以 B-Fe粉为原料,以 Fe粉作为反应剂和粘结剂来制备这种脆性材料,利用其反应液相烧结可以达到较致密的程度.为了提高材料耐锌液腐蚀性而添加的合金元素 Cr、Re等对材料的烧结致密性影响不大,B-Fe含量和烧结温度是影响其致密性的主要因素.

Abstract:This paper studies the chose of adhesive agent and sintering about a kind of materials which contain mainly Fe-B intermetallic compounds. The result shows that these dense materials can be got by the reactive liquid phase sintering, with powders of B-Fe as raw material and Fe as reactive dose and adhesive agent. The additions of Cr and Re to improve these materials corrosion resistance to molten zinc affect little to their sintering density. The main effective factors lie in the B-Fe content and the sintering temperature.
