中碳低合金复相组织抗磨钢锤头的研制

摘    要:研制出了一种中碳低合金复相组织抗磨钢锤头,其组织为:贝氏体 马氏体 奥氏体,HRC>50,ak>55J/cm2,抗磨性比ZGMnl3提高90%以上.

Abstract:A kind of mid -carbon low -alloying wear - resistance steel hammerhead with multi-phase is developed, the multi-phase including bainite, martensite and austenite. Its hardenss is HRC>50 and impact toughness is ak>55 J/cm2. At the same time, abrasion resistance of this multi-phases increase 90 percent compare with ZGMn13.
