| 摘 要： | 江西是农业大省，也是我国粮食主产区之一，要立足省情，要促进现代农业发展，必须加快农村水利建设，以水资源高效利用为核心，以保障农民饮水安全、提高农业综合生产能力和改善农村水环境为目标．推进社会主义新农村建设，着力构建四大水利保障体系，实施五大工程建设，并落实相关保障措施。

| Abstract: | Jiangxi is an agriculture province and one of the grain production bases in China. It is vital of accelerating development of rural water structures and promoting agriculture modernization, in line with local conditions. It is essential of promoting new socialist countryside construction by focusing on high-efficient use of water resources, ensuring drinking water safety, enhancing capacity of agricultural comprehensive production and improving rural water environment. Effective measures shall be applied for setting up the construction of four systems and five projects. |
