高辛烷值重油催化裂化LOG-90催化剂的性能研究

摘    要:在固定床评价装置上研究了LOG-90型高辛烷值重油催化裂化催化剂的反应性能。结果表明,与参比剂LDO-70催化剂相比,在优化反应条件下,虽然LOG-90催化剂的焦炭产率增加了0.16个百分点,总液收下降了0.12个百分点,但重油产率可下降0.27个百分点,丙烯收率可增加2.26个百分点;汽油的研究法、马达法辛烷值分别提高了1.14,0.85个单位;汽油的m(i-烯烃)/m(n-烯烃)增加了0.42。

Abstract:The performance of high octane catalyst LOG -90 for residue catalytic cracking was evaluated in a fixed - bed reactor. The results showed that com- pared with a commercial reference catalyst LDO -70, under the optimal reaction condition ,although LOG - 90 increased coke yield by 0.16 percent points and decreased total liquid yield by 0.12 percent points,itcould decrease slurry yield by 0.27 percent points, increase propylene yield by 2.26 percent points, re- search octane number and motor octane number by 1.14 and 0.85 units respectively,and the mass ratio of i - olefin to n - olefin increased by 0.42.
