| 摘 要： | 在不进行大规模装置改造的前提下 ,提出了提高喷雾浆液固含量和增强喷雾干燥能力等措施 ,使重油裂化催化剂的日产量由 2 0 0 0年的 30 2 8t提高到现在的 35 78t,成品收率也由 2 0 0 0年的 92 2 1 %提高到现在的 94 30 %。

| Abstract: | It was considered an important study subject that the average daily production of heavy oils cracking catalyst of processing factory was improved by some measures under no taking a great scale installation reforming.Now it has been found that heavy oil cracking catalyst daily production can be improved by increasing slurry solid content and improving power of spray drying,and the daily output can be added from 30.28 t in 2000 to 35.78 t today,at the same time,the yield also can be increased from 92.21% in 2000 to 94.30% at present. |
