我国房地产业现状与产业升级问题研究

目前对我国房地产业的发展形势有着若干不同的观点,本文在对其作了简要综述的基础上,分析了我国目前房地产业的现状,得出了房地产总体发展健康、局部有过热倾向的结论;并在此基础上提出了进行结构性调整、促进产业升级、规范土地市场和健全金融体制的政策建议.

Research on the Status quo and the Escalation of the Real Estate Industry

There are various points of view of the changing situation in the field of real estate industry at present in China. On the basis of literature. this paper firstly gives a simple and clear summary. Then the paper analyzes the present situation of real estate industry. In addition, the paper reaches a conclusion, that is ,the overall real estate industry is developing healthily, but there also exists part of the services present an overheated tendency. The paper finally puts forward policies and proposals to make adjustment and to bring about a great advance in the structure of the real estate, to standardize land market, and to amplify banking system and so on.
