双馈型风力发电机低电压穿越仿真分析

摘    要:针对双馈型风力发电机在低电压穿越过程中所遇到的定转子过流问题,采用主动撬棒电路旁路转子侧变流器解决,在M atlab/S im u link中建立了模型并进行了仿真分析,仿真结果验证了主动撬棒电路能够有效实现双馈型风力发电机在三相对称故障条件下的低电压穿越,并分析了撬棒电阻的选取,得出选取较大的撬棒电阻更有利于电网的恢复的结论。

Abstract:During the period of a grid fault,over-current and over-voltage was induced in stator and rotor winding.In order to protect the converter,active crowbar was used to short doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) rotor side converter.The theory analysis is verified by the simulation results in Matlab/Simulink.Through the active crowbar,low voltage ride-through(LVRT) ability of DFIG is achieved.According to the analysis of the resistance in the circuit,higher resistance of crowbar circuit is good for recovery of the grid voltage.
