| 摘 要： | 水利水电工程施工招投标过程中,招标人通常会要求投标人提交投标保函,由于投标人的种种原因,在评标过程中,常常会发现投标保函存在各种瑕疵,进而导致评标委员会依据评标办法集体作出废标的决定。对投标保函的瑕疵及其类型进行了分析,以其对投标人的投标活动有所指导和帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Construction of water conservancy and hydropower project bidding process,the tender will usually require bidders to submit bids bonds,as the bidders for various reasons,in the evaluation process,often find that there are all kinds of flaws in the tender bonds,which in turn leads Bid Evaluation Committee in accordance with the collective approach to decision making waste sign.In this paper,the tender bonds and types of defects are analyzed,with its bidders to have guidance and assistance activities. |
