| 摘 要： | 公众参与是引导城市可持续发展的一种有效途径，对构建和谐规划具有重要的意义。在规划的过程中，城市政府、规划师、市民只有各司其职，坚持以人为本的理念，对当前的规划体制与模式进行变革，才能使规划走向和谐，共同促进社会的进步与发展。

Research on Harmonious Planning Based on Public Participation |

| Abstract: | Public participation is an effective way toward sustainable development of a city and is significant to harmonious planning. Government, planners, and the public shall assume their own duties in the planning process. We should stick to humanistic principle and reform current planning system and pattern to realize harmonious planning and achieve social progress. |
