SF_6旋弧式断路器瞬态吹弧磁场的数值分析

摘    要:本文用数值方法研究SF_6旋弧式断路器的吹弧磁场。由于断路器的开断过程是一种瞬态过程,采用基于有限差分技术的Crank-Nicolson方法计算吹弧装置的瞬态电磁场,计算结果与实验数据十分吻合。通过在不同条件下对吹弧磁场的数值分析,找出了铜套结构参数与磁场的关系,研究了主电流在不同合闸相角时与含有直流分量情况下的瞬态磁场特性,特别是对电弧零区磁场的分析,提出了在电弧电流过零瞬间获得最大磁场的途径。

Abstract:This paper investigates the magnetie field of a rotating arc SF_6 circuit breaker. The numerical solutions of transient magnetic field by using finite difference method with Crank-Nicolson approach are presented because the operation, of the circuit breaker is transient process, there being good agreement with experimental results. The transient solutions of magnetic field for different conditions are discussed, finding out the relation between magnetic field and copper core parameter, investigating the transient nature of the field for sinusoidal currents with different switching angles and asymmetric current waveforms, especially, we proposed an approach to get the maximum magnetic field in time zone nearby arc current zero.
