热硫化硅橡胶憎水性的研究

摘    要:憎水性和憎水迁移性是热硫化硅橡胶的重要特性,对其憎水性的评价和提高的研究尤为重要。简要介绍了国际通用的硅橡胶憎水性的测量方法—接触角法和喷水分级法。研究了添加Al(OH)3和硅橡胶生胶摩尔质量对其憎水性的影响,对Al(OH)3添加量为50g,80g,110g,140g,160g(以100g硅橡胶计)的试验样本采用接触角法和喷水分级法测量,结果表明:在配方中添加Al(OH)3以110g为宜。对生胶摩尔质量为680000g/mol和600000g/mol的110-2甲基乙烯硅橡胶进行测试,结果表明:生胶的摩尔质量以600000g/mol为较好。

Abstract:The hydrophobicity and its migration is the very essential characteristics for evaluating and enhancing the hydrophobity.The international current measuring methods were introduced such as contact angle method and water spray classification.The effect of Al(OH)3 additive and the mol mass number of the green silicon rubber on its hydrophobicity was investigated with Al(OH)3 additive amount of 50 g,80 g,110 g,140 g and 160 g(based 100 g rubber) using contact angle and water spray method.The result shows that optimal dosa of Al(OH)3 is 110 g.Experiments were made on 110-2 methyl vinyl siloxanc with mol mass number of the green rubber of 680 000 g/mol and 600 000 g/mol.The better result was obtained with mol number of 600 000 g/mol.
