摘    要:为降低包头铁精矿中钾、钠的含量,研究了包头白云鄂博矿山赤铁矿与含铁硅酸盐脉石霓石的浮选行为。以油酸钠为捕收剂的单矿物浮选试验发现,白云鄂博矿体中存在着3种颜色与可浮性不同的霓石矿物,其颜色越深含铁量越高,可浮性越好;氟硅酸铵抑制剂在pH=5左右的弱酸性条件下对霓石具有良好的选择性抑制作用。使用阴离子复合捕收剂S18浮选强磁扫选精矿的试验研究表明,氟硅酸铵作为含铁硅酸盐脉石矿物的抑制剂,对于降低精矿中Na2O、K2O等碱金属的含量十分有效。在小型试验基础上,工业分流试验采用反浮-正浮流程。在给矿铁品位36.91%,Na2O、K2O含量分别为1.29%、0.467%的情况下,获得了铁品位60.58%,Na2O、K2O含量分别为0.414%、0.115%的合格铁精矿。

Abstract:In order to reduce the Na_2O and K_2O contents in Baotou iron concentrate,the flotation behavior of hematite and aegirite,an iron-containing silicate gangue,in the ore of Baiyune'bo Mine was investigated.It was found in the single mineral flotation tests with sodium oleate collector that there exist three kinds of aegirite in Baiyune'bo ore body which have different colors and floatability, and the deeper the color,the higher the iron content and the floatability.Ammonium hexafluorosilicate(AHFS) is a good selective depressor for aegirite at a weakly acidic condition with the pH value of about 5.The flotation test on the scavenging concentrate of high intensity magnetic separation with compound anionic collector S18 showed that the application of AHFS as the depressor for iron-containing silicate gangue was very effective in reducing the contents of alkali metals such as Na_2O and K_2O.Based on the laboratory tests,an flow-diverted industrial test was carried out using a flowsheet of indirect flotation followed by direct flotation.A qualified iron concentrate grading 60.58% and containing 0.414% Na_2O and 0.115% K_2O was obtained at a feed ore containing 36.91% iron and 1.29% Na_2O and 0.476% K_2O.
