基于MSK4351的无刷直流电机驱动系统设计

摘    要:文中提出一种基于MSK4351芯片的伺服无刷直流电机驱动系统设计方案。该方案描述了控制电路、功率驱动电路、电流检测电路及泵升制动电路的详细设计以及控制答件结构。采用双极性PWM控制策略解决系统灵敏度较低等问题,设计电流环提高系统动态性能。新型功率驱动模块的使用实现了驱动强电与控制弱电完全隔离,实验证明该驱动器在驱动无刷直流电机时有较高的运行精度和可靠性能。

Abstract:Based on the integrated circuit MSK4351, the paper presents a design method of servo brushless DC motor( BLDC ) driver and introduces the main control circuit, the driving circuit, the current measure circuit, the pump brake circuit and the structure of software, the bipolar PWM control strategy is to resolve the problems such as the lower sensitivity of the system. For enhancing dynamic performance of system, current loop is designed. High power for driving eireuit and low power for control circuit are completed isolated in the design, The experiment shows that the driver provides good stability and precision when driving the brushless DC motor.
