膜蒸馏污染研究

摘    要:用膜蒸馏处理含有无机盐的溶液时 ,膜表面会出现盐结晶 ,从而影响膜蒸馏传递过程降低膜渗透通量。本实验研究了无机盐所形成的膜污染对膜渗透通量的影响 ,在无机盐浓度较低时 ,膜污染很小 ;当溶液盐浓度很高时 ,对于NaCl溶液而言达到 2 5 %左右时 ,膜污染急速产生 ,认为改善流体流态可以有效防止膜污染的出现

Abstract:When saltwater was treated by membrane distillation (MD), salt crystals should form on the surface of membrane, which affected transfer progress and debased the quality and influence the quantity of permeate. Effects of membrane fouling formed by inorganic salt on flux were studied. The fouling layer could be avoided when salts content of feed water was low, and when salts content of feed water was high, for example, the concentration of NaCl solution was 25%, the membrane fouling sharply produced. The fouling phenomena could be avoided by enhancing current state.
