| 摘 要： | 双零铝箔分切缠卷时产生的螺纹是铝箔生产过程中严重的质量缺陷，此缺陷的产生主要与轧制工序来料板形、分切所用管芯质量、分切设备的稳定性及操作者的技术水平等有关。分析了铝箔分切工序螺纹产生的原因，采取适当的控制方法，防止分切时产生的螺纹。
