动圈式扬声器热故障仿真的进展

摘    要:在分析动圈式扬声器基本结构和可能出现的热失效现象的基础上讨论了3种常用的热传导模型及其算法;并简单介绍了当前热失效模型研究的现状和主要方法.结合热失效的机理,比较了线性、非线性与有限元热模型的优劣,得出非线性热失效模型优干线性模型,而有限元热模型是最有发展前途的推论.指出了开发动圈式扬声器新型热失效模型及其热失效仿真技术不仅有利于现有市场的发展,也是开发新产品、乃至为研究其他微型机电一体化装置建立标准数据源的需要.

Abstract:Based on analyses for the elementary structure and possible thermal failure effect of loudspeakers, three commonly used thermal conductive models and relative arithmetics are discussed. Then the recently state and some primary methods about researches of thermal failure models are also introduced. Compared the linear, nonlinear and finite element models with the mechanism of thermal failure, it is known that the general performance of nonlinear is better than that of linear, and the finite element is prospective for further developments. As concluded in the paper, the developments for a new thermal failure model and simulation technique of a moving coil loudspeaker are not only of the benefit to present markets, but also related to develop new products, and the need of creating a standard data source for other micro integrative machine-electric devices.
