摘    要:采用向渣面加入碳粉进行预脱氧的技术,降低渣中氧化铁含量,有效地降低了终渣对炉衬的侵蚀,有利于溅渣护炉,可有效地降低钢铁料消耗.

Abstract:This paper proposed pre-deoxidation technology by adding carbon dust on the top of the slag, which reduces the iron oxide content in slag, effectively reduces the erosion of slag on the refractory lining. It is conducive to slag splashing and can effectively reduce the consumption of steel material.
