论高职就业创业教育改革与实践

“以就业为导向”的高职教育必须改革与创新就业创业教育模式。文章分析了目前高职就业创业教育存在课程设置时间晚和学时少，流于纯粹的理论教育，师资力量不雄厚和缺乏创业教育的实战场所等问题，提出了建立就业创业教育课程指导体系和实践指导体系，把就业创业教育和就业创业指导工作结合起来，着力培养“双师型”队伍等对策。

Discussion on Reform and Practice of Employment and Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges

Professional qualification education must be emphasized in the employment-oriented polytechnic education, a key link of which is employment and entrepreneurship education. Employment education helps students of polytechnic schools to choose their jobs based on reasonable views of professional value, and entrepreneurship education is an effective way of realizing the combination of ＂pro- duction, education and research＂. It helps students not only master the professional skills, but also start their own businesses. Howev- er, many issues exist in the current employment and entrepreneurship education, which have raised considerable concern. The solution to these issues includes the establishment of employment and entrepreneurship teaching and practicing system, the integration of employment and entrepreneurship education and guidance, and the intensive promotion of a ＂faculty with double teaching abilities＂, namely, the faculty being able to provide both textbook knowledge and professional career directions.
