摘 要: | 建立了辊系弹性变形,工作辊热凸度,工作辊和支撑辊的磨损,板凸度调整和工作辊横移设定以及负荷分配模型,并在这些计算模型的基础上,根据来料板坯的原始凸度值和轧后板带的目标凸度值,开发了可以设定热连轧精轧机组的CVC工作辊横移量,同时计算各机架轧后板凸度,轧制力分布等参数的软件,采用所开发的软件对实际现场数据进行离线模拟计算,结果与现场数据符合较好。

Abstract: | The roll elastic deformation model,work roll thermal crown model,roll wear model, crown adjustment and work roll shifting setup model, load distribution model,are described in this paper The software based on these models has been developed to calculate the CVC work roll shifting of the HSM,crown after rolling and rolling force distribution from the input of entry crown and target crown Using the software the process simulation with the field rolling conditions has been executed and the results are in good agreement with the production data |
