摘    要:讨论碱处理对含木棉纱线结构和性能的影响,观察碱处理后不同混纺比木棉/棉纱的红外光谱、结晶结构、失重率、毛效、回潮率、染色及其物理机械性能的变化。结果表明:适当的碱煮处理后,随着木棉纤维混纺比的增加,混纺纱的失重率、毛效显著增大、断裂强力增幅较小;碱丝光处理对含木棉纤维纱线的化学组成无明显影响,但结晶度减小,部分纤维素Ⅰ转化成纤维素Ⅱ;随着木棉纤维混纺比的增加,混纺纱的断裂强度增大和断裂伸长减小的幅度逐渐下降,吸湿性能明显提高,上染性能变差。
