基于遗传算法的动静涡旋盘优化设计

摘    要:应用遗传算法对动静涡旋盘进行优化设计,使涡旋压缩机能效比EER达到最大值。给出了优化设计的数学模型、遗传算法计算方法、基于遗传算法数学模型原理框图、优化设计算例。较之其它方法,遗传算法不易陷入局部极值,可处理大规模问题,计算速度快,最后用实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Genetic algorithm is used to sovle the problem of optimal design for the orbiting and fixed scroll.The purpose is to make scroll compressor's EER value maximum.Mathematics model of optimal design,method of genetic algorithm,principle frame of mathematics model based on genetic algorithm and the optimal design exemple are given.Compared to other optimal methods,genetic algorithm can not easy fall in local extreme value.Dealing with large scale problems,the proposed approach has the advantage of speediness.Finally some computational examples provide evidence for the usefulness of genetic algorithm.
