| 摘 要： | 从研究电力市场入手，阐述竞价上风在建立电力市场中的重要作用，提出竞价上网的关键就是成本核算。用引入企业资源计划（ERP）的方法，结合中国电力企业现状，探讨ERP的成本核算方式，以及ERP的管理模式和应用前景，并以美国Walker公司的ERP软件IMMPOWER为例，说明了设备管理是核算成本方面的一个重要部分。最后，分析说明了由山东省开发的一套竞价上网软件的工作原理，并与IMMPOWER作了比较，对其热电分摊、开停机决策和竞价模型提出了自己的一些看法。

| Abstract: | By studying the power market this paper illustrates the position of quotation in the building of power markets, and puts forward that the key point in quotation is cost calculation.Then the paper discusses the ERP (enterpries resource planning) approach to cost calculation, the ERP pattern of management and its prospectives of application by its present trend. Also the paper introducse ERP software-IMMPOWER by Walker Inc. and uses quotation software developed in Shangdon Province to make a comparative study. |
