聚乙烯挤出发泡的研究

摘    要:采用自由发泡工艺研究了聚乙烯低发泡成型的配方及工艺条件,讨论了偶氮二碳酰胺(AC)、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、过氧化二乙丙苯(DCP)用量、螺杆转数对制品性能的影响。结果发现,每100份聚乙烯中AC用量3份、EVA用量为5份、DCP用量为0.02份、螺杆转速为30r/min时,制得制品泡孔结构分布均匀,机械性能较好。

Abstract:Formulating and processing technology of PE low foaming extrusion were studied by free foam technology. The influence of contents of AC , EVA , DCP and the screw rotate speed on produce properties was discussed. The results showed that foam aperture was well-distributed, physical properties and mechanical properties were good when the content of PE was one hundred parts, the content of AC was 3 parts, the content of EVA was 5 parts, the content of DCP was 0.02 part and the srew rotate speed was 30rpm.
