流程模拟技术在荆门聚丙烯装置上的应用

摘    要:运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,建立了荆门石化10×104t/a聚丙烯装置聚合与分离部分稳态流程模拟模型,利用严格的机理模型,更好地理解工艺过程,以及装置操作条件与产率和产品质量的关系,进而优化装置操作条件,提高加工负荷,降低装置能耗。对所建立的模型进行灵敏度分析,确定以"优化三乙基铝加入量,提高装置产能,以及调整给电子体DONOR的加入量,提高产品质量"作为装置优化的方向。将三乙基铝流量提高20%,同时,为抵消产品等规度下降的副作用,适当提高DONOR的流量(提高幅度为10%),这样装置生产成本得以降低,生产负荷提高了10%,而产品的质量指标保持不变。为了更合理的利用DONOR,在保证稳定生产的基础上,依据流程模拟计算结果 ,提高了反应器的密度控制值,同时了提高DONOR的加入量,装置产能得到进一步提升。应用流程模拟技术后,2010年提高聚丙烯产量0.5t/h,装置全年多创效益200万元。

Abstract:Using the Aspen Plus process simulation software,technicians established a steady-state process simulation model for the polymerization and separation sections of Sinopec Jingmen Company′s 10×104t/a polypropylene unit,with the aim of better understanding the process and the relationship between the unit′s operating conditions and product yields and quality based on rigorous mechanism model,thereby optimizing the unit′s operating conditions,raising processing loads and reducing energy consumption.These technicians carried out a sensitivity analysis on the model established and set specific objectives for the optimization of parameters of the unit,including optimizing the amount of triethyl aluminum added,raising the unit′s production capacity,adjusting the addition of electron donor and improving product quality.The flow rate of triethyl aluminum was raised by 20%.In addition,in order to offset the side effect of a declining product isotacticity,the flow rate of the electron donor was raised by 10%.As a result,the unit′s production cost was pressed down and the production load rose by 10%;while the product quality was maintained.In order to better utilize the electron donor,while ensuring stable production,the technicians raised the density control value of the reactor as well as the addition of the electron donor according to the process simulation and calculation results.Consequently,the unit′s production capacity increased further.After the process simulation technology was introduced,in 2010,Sinopec Jingmen Company′s polypropylene production rose by 0.5t/h and annual revenues from the polypropylene unit rose by two million yuan.
