低渗透油田机采井节能降耗配套技术应用

摘    要:低渗透油田机械采油系统能耗高、系统效率低,采取的节能措施缺乏针对性,应用效果不明显。从能耗节点和系统效率分级测试入手,依据相关资料文献,对能耗节点进行分析诊断,找出影响机采系统能耗高的主要因素:地面、井下、设计和管理因素。遵循对地下地上整体考虑、优化运行的思路,通过在管理上实施间抽、参数调整、盘根盒调整等措施,技术上应用无刷直流电机、伺服电机、低转速电机和在线调平衡等措施,摸索降低机采能耗对策,找到了适合外围低渗透油田的机采节能措施。通过对现场措施能耗数据的分析对比及经济效益评价,确定了各项措施在低渗透油田的适用范围,但是,为保证后期设备的正常运行,需要加强机采系统分析与综合管理,从而找出改善抽油机性能、节能降耗的方法,最终实现降低机采能耗及提高抽油系统整体效率的目的。
