塔河石化重整装置工艺过程模拟和研究

摘    要:以中国石化塔河分公司15×104t/a固定床半再生重整装置为研究对象,采用Aspen Plus流程模型软件,建立与装置实际工况相符合的稳态流程模拟模型。利用此模型,对催化重整装置分馏系统的脱水塔、分馏塔、重整稳定塔以及供热系统进行灵敏度分析,研究各塔分馏效果、热负荷、进料温度、回流比、抽出量等参数间的相互关系,并以模型为指导,对装置进行如下流程模拟分析及装置优化调整:通过定量分析分馏塔、脱戊烷塔、脱水塔的温度、压力和回流量对各塔分馏效果、轻石脑油和液化气产量以及精制油和稳定汽油初馏点等影响,来寻找装置生产瓶颈,优化装置操作条件,降低能耗,离线培训操作人员,加强工艺人员对工艺机理的掌握,从而改善操作,获得最佳经济效益,提高企业的竞争能力。通过以上优化调整,全年实现装置增效140万元,

Abstract:Using the Aspen Plus process simulation software,technicians established a steady-state process simulation model reflecting the actual operating conditions of Sinopec Tahe Company′s 15×104t/a fixed-bed,semi-regeneration reforming unit.Based on this model,technicians conducted a sensitivity analysis for the dehydrating column,the fractionation column and the reforming stabilizer of the fractionation system of the catalytic reforming unit as well as the heating system and examined the relationships between various parameters of different columns such as the fractionation effect,heat load,feedstock temperature,reflux ratio and extraction volume.With the help of the model,these technicians conducted a process simulation analysis and unit optimization as follows:identifying production bottlenecks,optimizing operating conditions,reducing energy consumption and training operators in an offline manner to give operators a better understanding of the working principles of the process by quantitatively analyzing the influence of the temperatures,pressures and refluxes in the fractionation column,the depentanizer and the dehydrating column on the fractionating effect,yields of light naphtha and LPG and refined oil and stable gasoline initial boiling point of each column,thereby improving unit operation,maximizing economic benefits and raising the company′s competitiveness.Annual economic benefits from the above optimization measures reach 1.4 million yuan.
