| 摘 要： | 玉北地区是中国石化西部地区的重点勘探开发区域,玉北1井在奥陶系鹰山组地层钻遇良好油气显示,但该地区古近系膏岩层易蠕变缩径、二叠系火成岩地层易垮塌掉块、古生界地层可钻性差,导致钻井过程中复杂情况多、机械钻速低、钻井周期长。为此,通过处理分析测井资料和岩心三轴应力测试数据,建立了玉北地区地层压力剖面和地层可钻性剖面。利用地层压力剖面对井身结构进行了优化,利用地层可钻性剖面优选了钻头,利用优选出的PDC钻头与螺杆钻具配合进行了复合钻井试验。根据不同地层的特性和失稳机理,优选出了强抑制性聚磺钻井液和强抑制非渗透钻井液2种防塌钻井液。钻井实践表明,采用优化后的井身结构,利用优选出的PDC钻头与螺杆钻具配合进行复合钻井,使用优选出的防塌钻井液,钻井过程顺利,没有出现缩径、阻卡和垮塌掉块等复杂情况,平均机械钻速提高了22.6%～28.6%,单井钻井周期缩短了47.00～90.78d。 |
