摘    要:克拉玛依石化公司减一线柴油在轻质油装置碱洗精制过程中经常出现水洗后污水中的COD大大超过环保指标。本文针对上述生产问题,科学分析了产生的原因,探讨超声波破乳新技术来解决解决污水达标排放的问题。

Abstract:In the light oil refining unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company, the high-COD waste water exceeds environmental indexes greatly after alkaline washing refining. To solve the problems, the root causes of emulsion are analyzed and the new measures to guarantee that waste water is up to the discharge requirements are discussed in the paper.
