基于P87C591的机车通风机节能控制系统

摘    要:为了实现机车通风机的节能控制,采用内置模数转换器的P87C591作为核心控制器;采用三相交流调压模块作为通风机的电动机控制模块.根据直流牵引电动机在持续运行中的温升变化控制通风机的电动机转速,实现通风量调节,以达到节能目的.

Abstract:In order to implement energy-saving of locomotive fan,the system uses P87C591 which integrates analog-digital conveter as the main control unit,and uses three-phase voltage regulator module as the motor control module.According to temperature changes of the DC traction motor in continuous operation,the fan motor speed is controlled,and the purposes of regulation of ventilation and energy-saving are achieved.
