摘    要:介绍了利用ANSYS软件中的电磁场分析模块及其命令流,对表贴式永磁电机的永磁体形状进行优化设计,使转子磁场达到预定的设计波形,为永磁电机中的永磁体提供了一种快速、准确的设计方法。并通过实验验证了仿真程序与优化设计的可行性,能直接应用于永磁体的设计制造中。

Abstract:In this paper,a fast and exact method was described for optimizing permanent magnet of a surface-mounted permanent-type motor.ANSYS was used to analyze the magnetic field in air gap produced by the optimized permanent magnet,and made sure that the curve of flux density was similar to a given wave as well as possible.A prototype was tested,and it's verified that the simulations and designs were accurate and can be applied for produce.
