基于S7-300的料仓料位自动化监控系统

摘    要:针对矿业生产的需求,设计了PLC控制的料仓料位监控系统。对系统所需要的元器件进行了选型,采用了重锤式物位计对料仓料位进行检测,完成了PLC控制系统的软、硬件设计,最后对整个系统进行了调试,实测结果显示:该系统安装使用方便,料仓料位测量范围精确,偏差范围在1.5%以内,具有很强的适应性。
