轿车排气系统焊接中的机器人应用技术

摘    要:汽车零部件的焊接,大量使用各种自动化技术装备。其中机器人焊接系统是发展最快的技术装备和手段,它可以保证稳定的焊接质量、高效的生产节奏。以MOTOMAN机器人为例,介绍了轿车排气系统机器人焊接的应用技术。以标准化、高柔性的设计理念为指导,进行机器人焊接系统的设计制造,包含了夹具快换等主要特点,可以进行稳定可靠的多品种汽车排气系统产品生产制造,对汽车工业的制造水平提高提供了有力的支持。能够满足各种汽车排气系统零部件制造厂家的需求。
