造血细胞发育调控机制的研究进展

摘    要:造血发育调控是干细胞研究领域的重要内容,涉及多个层次.它在骨髓局部发生,构成特定的造血微环境.调节因子数量众多,包括细胞因子,趋化因子,粘附因子和细胞外基质中的一些介导分子.造血细胞在调节因子趋导下分别向多个系列定向发育.HOX基因,GATA基因,C/EBP基因等基因家族在不同系列发生特异性的差异表达,这成为造血细胞发育分化的本质性变化.两条主要的细胞信号转导通路,JAK-STAT通路和MAPK通路,介导调节调节因子对造血相关基因的活性调控.上述因素的复杂组合,构成调控网络,最终造成造血细胞的发育分化.

Abstract:Regulation of hematopoietic development is an important part of stem cell research.It occurs at bone marrow and constitutes hematopoietic micro-environment.There are numerous regulators including cytokines,chemokines,adhesions and transductors of hematopoietic cells involving development and differential procession into special systems induced by these regulators.HOX gene,GATA gene,C/EBP gene and some other gene families express in a characteristic way.Two important cell signal pathways,JAK-STAT pathway and MAPK pathway,transfer the signals between regulators and hematopoietic relative genes.The combined factors constitute a regulating net.
