抽油机井合理沉没度与泵效关系探讨

摘    要:在保证油井正常生产的前提下,确定合理的油井泵沉没度可以最大限度地提高采油系统效率。根据胜坨油田一区的矿场油井资料,按照油井的不同含水级别,对油井沉没度与泵效的数据加以回归,形成了油井沉没度与泵效的关系表达式和关系图。利用该关系图对泵效低下的油井沉没度进行调整,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Determination of rational immersible degree can fully improve the efficiency of oil recovery system on condition of keeping oil wells in normal production. Relation formula and curves between immersible degree and pump efficiency of oil wells were achieved through regression on the field data and according to different water-cut levels in the first block of Shengtuo oilfield. Immersible degrees in oil wells with low pump efficiency were adjusted by using the relation curves.
