摘    要:结合工厂干法交联生产交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆(简称交联电缆)的实际生产状况,详细阐述了采用导体预热装置的优势。介绍了使用导体预热装置将电缆导体加热到80~100℃,可以在保证质量的前提下有效提高生产速度,并降低绝缘内应力。

Abstract:This paper presents in detail the advantages of using the conductor pre-heater, considering the practice of factory production of crosslinked polyethylene power cable(hereafter referred to as XLPE cable) by the dry-curing method.The authors indicate that the production speed can be effectively raised without sacrificing quality and the insulation inner stress can be reduced when the conductor is heated to 80-100℃ by the pre-heater.
