| 摘 要： | 为了满足生产高压合金锅炉管的需要,攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司金堂分公司建造了1座辊底式热处理炉。从炉型、燃烧系统以及仪表自动化与电气、机械设备设计等方面介绍了辊底式热处理炉的设计情况、投产使用的效果及产生的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | To meet the need for production of alloy steel boiler tubes,a roller-hearth heat treatment furnace is built up by Jintang Branch,Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd. Described here in the article are the design and operation result of and economic/social benefits as produced by the said furnace,covering the furnace type,the combustion system,the instrumental automation and engineering of the electrical and mechanical sys-tems,etc. |
