| 摘 要： | 设计了一种基于Profibus的玻璃切割机控制系统.该系统由运动控制器、工控机、伺服电机及输入/输出模块组成,各部分通过Profibus总线实现通信.介绍了系统硬件结构及各部分的功能,给出了软件流程.现场调试表明,该系统在功能、性能和控制精度上已接近国外同类产品.

| Abstract: | A control sysetm for glass-cutter based on Profibus was designed.The system consists of motion controller,industrial control computer,servo-motor and input/output module,which communicate mutually by Profibus fieldbus.The hardware frame and every part function of the system were introduced,and software flow was given too.Field debugging shows that the system's function,performance and control accuracy have approached the same type foreign product. |
