摘    要:食品安全问题是关系到国计民生的重大问题,近年来食品安全问题不断产生。因此,建立和健全法制健康食品生产的质量控制体质,提高我国食品安全质量控制体系的总体水平已成为是国民经济建设中的重要问题。文章综述了有机食品、绿色食品和无公害食品在中国的发展特点、认证及目前存在的一些问题,同时提出了促进安全食品发展的一些建议。

Abstract:Food quality is a question concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood. Accidents about food quality happened repeatedly in recent years. An important step to develop national economy is to establish and improve the standards of healthy food production quality controlling system. Characteristics of development, authentication and recent problems were presented in the paper. Suggestions for China's food safety were provided.
