摘    要:综述了目前国内外垃圾、生物质处理及废弃物再利用固体燃料(RDF)研究发展状况,提出了垃圾与废弃物资源化处理的新途径,即复合垃圾衍生燃料(C-RDF).阐明了发展C-RDF的意义在于:可以实现垃圾可用能的贮存与运输;再生资源废弃物的有效回收和利用;易于稳定燃烧和解决烟尘污染问题;燃尽废物更容易综合利用.笔者建议:C-RDF应该成为我国垃圾与可燃废弃物资源化处理的一条有效新途径;为了生产和应用C-RDF必须进行C-RDF的成型机理和工艺、其燃烧机理和特性规律以及燃烧污染控制机理和方法的深入研究.

Abstract:The paper reviews current development of indirect contact garbage, biomass and RDF disposal in the world. A new way of garbage disposal is presented, in which garbage or flammable refuse forms fuel-Compound Refuse-Derived Fuel(C-RDF). C-RDF is of quite important value, including the storage and transportation of garbage in useful energy, the recovery and utilization of regenerated refuse or biomass, easy smooth burning and reducing pollution of fume, the comprehensive utilization for the waste to burn out. On the basis of discussions, the authors give especially some valuable suggestions: C-RDF may become a new way of garbage and refuse disposal in China; it is very necessary to research thoroughly on the forming principle and process, the combustion theory and property, the control pollution methods of C-RDF .
