摘    要:介绍了智能化矿用隔爆小型真空磁力起动器的软、硬件设计过程,以目前较为先进的MCS96系统80C196单片机为控制核心,再配以相应的外围接口及信号处理电路,在模块化软件的支持下,完成起动器的控制与保护功能。同时简要介绍了矿用隔爆小型真空磁力起动器的特点。工业运行试验表明,该设备智能化水平高,运行可靠。

Abstract:The paper introduces the design on the software and hardware of explosion-proof vacuum magnetic starter, The control and protection of the starter is achieved by the MCS 96 system and 80C196 monolithic computer fitted with relevant peripheral interfaces and signal processing circuit under support of modularized software. In addition, the paper briefly introduces the features of this starter. The results of industrial operation show that the starter is high in intelligent standard and reliable in operation.
