摘    要:安全、平稳、可靠地运转至关重要。本文结合《煤矿安全规程》对提升机制动系统制动性能的要求,对JK型提升机所配置的3种液压站的二级制动油压的计算进行了详细讨论,提出了基于二级制动矿井提升机制动系统油压的确定方法,并结合实例说明了其具体应用。

Abstract:Two-stage braking pays an important past in the braking system of mine hoists.Determination of the oil pressures for the first-stage brading and secongstage brading is vital to safe,smooth and reliable operation of a hoist.The paper discusses in detail the caluclation of the oil pressure for the two-stahe brading of three kinds of hydraulic station for JK mine hoist combined with the requirements for braking behaviour of hoist braking system in Colliery Safety Regulations, puts forward the nethod determining the oil pressure of hoist braking system based on two-stage brading,and explains the concrete application of this method combined with examples.
