摘    要:针对我国目前露天矿主要采掘设备WK-4B型矿用挖掘机的高强度变截面斗杆在变截面处发生裂纹或断裂失效问题,从结构和工艺两方面对其固有和产生的应力集中及残余应力问题进行了分析、探讨,并在新斗杆的设计和制造中刻意加以消除和改善,使新斗杆在吸收原斗杆的优点基础后其结构和工艺更趋于合理,提高了使用寿命。

Abstract:In view of the crack and fracture occured in the varied section of the high- strength arm with variable section of the WK-4B mine excavator which is main mining equipment in opencast mines in China,the paper analyzes and discusses the natural and produced stress concentration and residual stress in respects of structure and making technology, Which are eliminated and improved painstakingly in the design and manufactur of new arm to make the structure and making technology more reasonable,thus inereasing its service life.
