自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管的研究

摘    要:应用自蔓延高温合成技术和离心技术,制造了陶瓷内衬复合钢管,分析了自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管原理,测试了复合钢管性能。复合钢管陶瓷层硬度高、耐磨性好,但孔隙率高、韧性低。在铝热剂中加入SiO2,可提高致密度,改善耐蚀性;加入ZrO2可提高断裂韧性。应用于矿山输送矿浆管道上,使用效果很好。

Abstract:Using self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) process and centrifugal technology , ceramic-lining compound steel pipe has been fabricated, principles of SHS ceramiclining compound steel pipe are analyzed and the properties of compound steel pipe are measured. The ceramic layer of compound steel pipe has high hardness and good wear resistance, but its porosity is very high and its toughness is very low , therefore, SiO2 is added in the thermite to improve the compactability and corrosive resistance of ceramic, ZrO2 is added in it to increase the fracture toughness of ceramic. The using effect of the pipe is good when it is used as the slurry transportation pipe lines.
