采煤机螺旋滚筒结构参数的模糊优化设计

摘    要:综合现代采煤机螺旋滚筒设计理论和方法,将模蝴理论应用于螺旋滚筒结构参数的优化设计、能充分考虑影响载荷波动的各种因素的模糊性。同时,建立以载荷波动系数为目标的采煤螺旋滚筒优化设计数学模型,确定设计主量,选取约束条件及隶属函数,并进行求解,使滚筒结构更佳,从而提高了采煤机的工作效率。

Abstract:Based on up-to-date design theory and method of spiral type cutting drum for a shearer, the authors apply fuzzy theory to optimum design of structural parameters of the drum. In such a way fuzziness of various factors affecting load fluctuation can be considered. Meanwhile, a mathematic model is established by taking load fluctuation coefficient as a goal, and design variables are determined, limitary conditions and dependent function is selected to derive, which makes structure of the drum better and so the operating efficiency of the shearer can be improved.
